Bilston: electric roller shutters
Electric roller shutters in Bilston start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Around Bilston, we start by measuring the actual opening, not a photo so the quotation for the electric roller shutters is a real figure.
Permission and City of Wolverhampton Council
The local planning authority for Bilston is City of Wolverhampton Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. We check which applies to your unit at survey.
Costs
The entry price is about £1,450 plus VAT. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
About the product
The motor sits inside the barrel and the shutter is run from a key switch, a remote or both. Popular choices include manual override for power cuts; safety edge and obstruction detection options.
