Ludlow: electric roller shutters
Electric roller shutters in Ludlow start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For businesses in Ludlow, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the quotation for the electric roller shutters is a real figure.
How much?
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Your price is held for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. The install itself rarely takes more than two days for a standard opening. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
The product
The motor sits inside the barrel and the shutter is run from a key switch, a remote or both. Popular choices include manual override for power cuts; safety edge and obstruction detection options.

Local planning
In Ludlow, applications go to Shropshire Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. You will know before you order.
