Do you need consent?
Warwick District Council decides planning in Leamington Spa. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Costs
The entry price is about £1,450 plus VAT. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Allow 3-4 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Leamington Spa unit is normally one to two days on site. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
What gets fitted
Rear and side doors are where most forced entries happen because they are out of sight. Options include options tested to LPS 1175; suitable for rear service access.
Coverage
Leamington Spa is in Warwickshire including the CV postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Warwick, Stratford-upon-Avon and Bedworth.
Before you book
