Solihull: security grilles
Security grilles in Solihull start from about £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
In Solihull and nearby, the first step is a free site survey then we put the security grilles price in writing.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. Fitting a standard Solihull unit is normally one to two days on site. Early starts and closed-day fitting are both possible.
What gets fitted
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include retractable lattice or fixed bar designs; folds back into the reveal during trading.
Where we work around Solihull

Local planning
Planning in Solihull goes through Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Costs
Security grilles start at around £1,150 plus VAT. The real figure comes from the survey measurements. Quotations stay valid for 90 days.
