Walsall: electric roller shutters
Electric roller shutters in Walsall start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
For Walsall shops and offices, the first step is a free site survey so the quotation for the electric roller shutters is a real figure.
Do you need consent?
The local planning authority for Walsall is Walsall Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. You will know before you order.
Costs
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Your price is held for 90 days.
Lead times
Manufacture usually takes 2-3 weeks after survey. Installation in Walsall is usually a day or two once everything is made. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
What gets fitted
The motor sits inside the barrel and the shutter is run from a key switch, a remote or both. Common specifications: key switch, remote or both; manual override for power cuts.

We treat Walsall as part of our West Midlands round covering WS postcodes, which puts it on the same route as Aldridge, Kingswinford and Rowley Regis.
Questions from Walsall customers
Do you cover the whole of West Midlands?
Yes. We cover Walsall and the rest of West Midlands, including Aldridge, Kingswinford and Rowley Regis.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
What do you need from me to quote?
The address, roughly what you want, and a photo of the current frontage. Opening sizes help but are not essential, because we measure at survey anyway.
