Walsall: security grilles
Security grilles in Walsall start from about £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Walsall, every job begins with a visit to measure the opening then we put the security grilles price in writing.
How much?
Budget from £1,150 plus VAT as a starting point. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Allow 2-3 weeks after survey from drawings to delivery. On site, most Walsall jobs take one or two days. If you cannot close, we can work outside trading hours.
The product
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Options include retractable lattice or fixed bar designs; folds back into the reveal during trading.
Where we work around Walsall
We treat Walsall as part of our West Midlands round covering WS postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Aldridge, Kingswinford and Rowley Regis.
Planning rules in Walsall
The local planning authority for Walsall is Walsall Council. Replacing an existing frontage in the same style seldom needs permission, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
Questions from Walsall customers
Who carries out the work?
Work is carried out by our installation team and approved installers working under S&K Glazing Limited, which contracts with you and is responsible for the job.
Do you cover the whole of West Midlands?
Yes. We cover Walsall and the rest of West Midlands, including Aldridge, Kingswinford and Rowley Regis.
What guarantee do I get?
Every installation comes with a written guarantee, and manufacturer warranties on hardware, motors and finishes are passed to you. The terms are set out on your quotation.
Can you match the units either side?
On a parade where the landlord wants a consistent frontage, we work to the same section profile and colour reference so the unit reads as part of the row.
