Worksop: electric roller shutters
Electric roller shutters in Worksop start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Around Worksop, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the quotation for the electric roller shutters is a real figure.
Permission and Bassetlaw District Council
Planning in Worksop goes through Bassetlaw District Council. A straight replacement is normally permitted, whereas a new look, an outside shutter box or a lit fascia generally needs an application. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Costs
Budget from £1,450 plus VAT as a starting point. Your quote depends on the opening size, the finish and how easy access is. The written quotation is valid for 90 days.
From order to fitted
Manufacture usually takes 2-3 weeks after survey. Fitting a standard Worksop unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
Specification notes
The motor sits inside the barrel and the shutter is run from a key switch, a remote or both. Options include manual override for power cuts; safety edge and obstruction detection options.
