Hinckley: security doors
Security doors in Hinckley start from about £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Across Hinckley, we survey the opening before any price is given so the quotation for the security doors is a real figure.
Planning rules in Hinckley
In Hinckley, applications go to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council. Swapping like for like is usually fine, but a changed appearance, an external shutter or an illuminated sign usually does. We flag it at survey so it never delays the fit.
What it costs in Hinckley
Guide price: from £1,450 plus VAT for a standard opening. Size, specification and strip-out decide the exact number. Once issued, the price is fixed for 90 days unless the specification changes.
Timescales
Expect 3-4 weeks after survey for manufacture. Fitting a standard Hinckley unit is normally one to two days on site. We can fit on a day the business is shut.
What gets fitted
Rear and side doors are where most forced entries happen because they are out of sight. Popular choices include suitable for rear service access; steel leaf and frame.
