Droitwich: security grilles
Security grilles in Droitwich start from about £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening, with a free survey and a written quotation before anything is ordered.
Around Droitwich, a surveyor measures the unit before anything is priced so the security grilles arrive made to fit.
Do you need consent?
Wychavon District Council decides planning in Droitwich. Swapping like for like is usually fine, though external shutters and lit signs normally need approval. The survey confirms which rules apply.
Costs
Guide price: from £1,150 plus VAT for a standard opening. Width, height, finish and access move the final figure. Your price is held for 90 days.
Timescales
Expect 2-3 weeks after survey for manufacture. Fitting a standard Droitwich unit is normally one to two days on site. Closed-day or out-of-hours work can be arranged.
Specification notes
A grille secures the opening while leaving the frontage visible, which suits units inside shopping centres and anywhere a solid curtain is not wanted. Popular choices include folds back into the reveal during trading; keeps the display visible.
Our Worcestershire area
We treat Droitwich as part of our Worcestershire round including the WR postcodes, so the team is regularly nearby in Bromsgrove, Malvern and Evesham.
